Do you offer a catalog?

We do not offer a catalog.  Due to our constant changing inventory, we are unable to provide our customers with a catalog.  We do send out updates to our customers with new products.  

How can I place my order?

The very best way to place an order is on our internet site.  This will ensure you have access to the most updated inventory levels.  However, you can fax your order to 954-742-7970 or email the order to orders@wildforpurses.com. The items are not guaranteed to be in stock on faxed or emailed orders as inventory changes frequently. 

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes.  On orders over $300, a 10% discount will be applied and orders over $500, a 15% discount will be applied.  For orders over $1000, please contact the office for details.

Do you accept returns?

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.  If  a product is being returned, it must be returned in new, unused condition and received in the same condition it was sold in.   A return authorization number is required for all returns.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item.  To exchange merchandise, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to and from the customer.  

Any defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.  Any claims after 3 days will not be processed.   Please use the Return Authorization Request Form located in the information section on the homepage.

All returns will be given a credit via the exact way the payment was initially made.  For example, if the customer pays via Pay Pal, the refund will be given back via Pay Pal minus any applicable charges.

Wild For Purses reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any returns.  
 

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders within the State of Florida will be charged Florida Sales Tax unless a copy of a resale certificate is on file.

What are the shipping rates?

Freight is based on the weight, size and contents of an order as well as the location to where the order is shipping.  Orders shipping within the continental US will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.95.  Orders over $100 will be shipped with no freight charges within the continental US.  For all other areas, the freight rates are listed on the checkout page on the internet site.  

Do your products contain designer labels?

No.  Our products are fashion bags inspired by the latest trends.  We do not stamp, mark or label any products with any designer names.  

How long does it take to receive an order?

This depends on where the order is being shipped.  Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being received (weekends and holidays not included).  Orders shipped within the continental United States are shipped via FedEx ground and the transit times are shown below on the map.

Is your website secure to order from?

Yes.  We use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card information, including your credit card number before it travels over the internet.  SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions.  Because we use SSL, placing an order online at wildforpurses.com is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone.
